I think that I was born too late in time. Sometimes I find
myself getting nostalgic for a simpler time when all proper young ladies were
taught the art of crochet. I experimented with this design until I created
an old fashioned look of the frills and lace that I love. I'm sure that I
inherited this love of beauty from my Mother. The reason I designed the Trena
snowman the way I did is two-fold. For a further explaination, please
see the Cleoetta snowman.
This pattern could be made by a beginner.
